We were very excited to learn that Rue Insurance has been selected as a 2016 Best Place to Work in NJ by NJBIZ and the Best Companies Group. The announcement marks the 6th time that Rue Insurance has been recognized amongst the Best Places to Work in NJ.
The list of Best Places to Work in NJ is published by NJBIZ magazine. Employers interested in being considered for the recognition must complete an employer application. Following completion of the employer application, Best Companies Group conducts a confidential online survey that must be completed by the employees. Entrants are given a score that is determined by the results of the survey and the application. Two-thirds of the final score is based on the employee survey and one-third is due to the results of the employer application. Businesses in NJ are then ranked by comparing their scores against peers that are divided into two categories: small and medium-sized businesses and large businesses. Rue Insurance qualified for the small and medium-sized business category.
There will be a special ceremony on April 19th at iPlay America’s Event Center in Freehold to honor all businesses that made the list. At the ceremony, NJBIZ will announce the rankings of the businesses within each category.
