March 23, 2011 marked the one-year anniversary of the adoption of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA), also known as Health Care Reform.

So far, to say the least, it's been a tumultuous year for the health care reform law, including repeal votes in Congress and an ongoing effort to have the law declared unconstitutional. Despite all of this, the implementation has continued steadily.
