We are looking for a highly motivated Employee Benefits Sales Producer to join our Hamilton, New Jersey sales team! Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop prospecting strategies to increase opportunities for new business
  • Generate new business-to-business sales by proactively contacting prospects to sell insurance products and service
  • Collect prospect information and perform research to determine the appropriate products and services to offer
  • Develop a strong knowledge of insurance products and services
  • Build and maintain client relationships and provide a consultative approach to account activity

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 2-5 years Employee Benefits experience required
  • 1-2 years B2B Sales experience preferred
  • NJ Life & Health Licenses preferred
  • Highly motivated and results oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record required
  • Team player
  • Strong focus on exceeding client expectations
  • Applied Epic experience a plus
