Amy joined the firm in 2016 as a risk solutions executive bringing more than 20 years of diverse experience in commercial property, casualty, and specialty risk management insurance. She was promoted to programs and risk solutions department manager in 2020, responsible for leading Rue Insurance programs, claims, and risk services teams. Amy specializes in delivering innovative strategic solutions and tailored best practices for commercial clients of all sizes to reduce the total cost of risk, protect company assets, enhance operations, and grow their businesses.

Prior to joining Rue Insurance, Amy gained extensive experience as a risk and insurance consultant, director of commercial accounts and marketing for a global brokerage firm, and corporate insurance manager with the legal department of a global Fortune 500 engineering, construction, and professional services corporation.

Amy has also served as a technical writer of national insurance exams, and grader of CPCU essay exams. She holds the chartered property casualty underwriter (CPCU), construction risk and insurance specialist (CRIS), management liability insurance specialist (MLIS), associate in risk management (ARM), and an associate in management (AIM) professional designations.
