Bill joined the firm in 1969 and has over 40 years of insurance experience.
Mr. Rue holds a BS Degree in Commerce from Rider College. He is a licensed Property and Casualty, Life and Health Insurance Producer and has earned the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation, the Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation, the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation, and the Associate in Insurance Services (AIS) designation.
Bill joined the firm in 2002, became a shareholder in 2008 and was named President in 2013, after serving in leadership roles in both the Sales and Employee Benefits Departments.
Prior to joining Rue Insurance, Bill was an Analyst in the Investment Banking group of Merrill Lynch where he was responsible for valuation analysis and merger and acquisition advisory services for Fortune 500 industrial companies. He also served as Head of Analyst Recruiting where he coordinated the hiring of employees worldwide.
Elizabeth joined the firm in 1985 as the Commercial Lines Manager, was promoted to Executive Vice President in 1994 and became a partner in the firm in 1999.
She has over 30 years of insurance experience and currently oversees the client services for Rue Insurance. She has experience managing every aspect of agency client service operations and has a vast knowledge of insurance contracts and risk management practices.
Shirley joined the firm in 1988 and is responsible for the management of our business client services & processing operations.
Her focus on client satisfaction assures that we deliver quality service in a responsive and dependable manner to each and every Rue Insurance client.
John joined the firm in 1983 and manages the Accounting and Administration departments.
Mr. Warn graduated from Rider University with a BA in Accounting. He is a CPA and a licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Producer. John is also certified as an ASCNet Presenter. He has conducted educational sessions in the local chapter meetings throughout the country as well as at their national conferences.
Laura joined the firm in 1997 providing services to our Business Insurance clients.
In 2005, she headed up our Rue Risk Services division providing Risk Management programs to assist our clients in managing their Total Cost of Risk in addition to managing our Claims department. In 2007, she added our Personal Insurance department to her management responsibilities. In 2011, Laura became the branch manager for our Keyport location.
Rob joined Rue Insurance in 2016 as the Personal Lines Manager. He has over 15 years of insurance experience as well as many years of accounting experience. Rob oversees our personal insurance team which include our client services operation and new business development. “We design insurance programs for each of our clients to protect their families and the assets they have worked so hard to accumulate over many years.”
Georgine joined Rue Insurance in 2012 as the Employee Benefits Manager. She has more than 20 years of experience in the employee benefits industry. Prior to joining Rue, Georgine was the Office Manager and Account Executive of an employee benefits consulting firm.
Mike is the Sales Manager at Rue Insurance. He joined the company in 2015 as the Sales Development Specialist. Prior to joining the Rue team, Mike worked as an agency Sales Trainer with Plymouth Rock Assurance where he led the training program for the independent agent channel. Mike also served as a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative for Allstate Insurance, bringing more than 10 years’ experience to the agency.
