We are looking for an outgoing and highly motivated for Personal Property and Casualty Insurance Sales Producer. This is a full-time position based out of Hamilton, New Jersey. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop prospecting strategies to increase opportunities for new business
  • Generate new personal insurance sales by proactively contacting prospects to sell insurance products and service
  • Collect prospect information and perform research to determine the appropriate products and services to fit their needs
  • Develop a strong knowledge of insurance products and services
  • Build and maintain client relationships and provide a consultative approach to account activity

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of personal lines insurance sales experience required
  • Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
  • Property & Casualty License required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Highly motivated
  • Team player
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of Applied Systems EPIC a plus
  • Knowledge of insurance company rating programs a plus
  • Knowledge of PL Rater a plus
