We are looking for an outgoing and highly motivated Private Client Sales Representative. This is a full-time positions based out of Hamilton, New Jersey. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business by proactively contacting high net worth individuals to advise them on risk management and insurance products and services
  • Follow our standard Be Ready Process to Discover, Design, Implement and Monitor the insurance and risk management needs of our clients
  • Complete comprehensive risk surveys to determine appropriate products and amount of coverage for clients
  • Collect prospect information, perform research and develop marketing campaigns to initiate relationships with potential buyers
  • Develop a strong knowledge of insurance products and services
  • Build and maintain client relationships while providing consultative advice
  • Regularly attend networking events and create a strong center of influence group

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Highly motivated individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and desire to achieve long term success
  • Established network of high net worth individuals and advisors
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficient with Microsoft Office
