On January 16, 2024 NJ Governor Phil Murphy signed P.L.2023, c. 276 into law. The Act increases the minimum Commercial Auto Liability limits effective July 1, 2024.
The Act applies to all owners and/or operators of commercial motor vehicles and autocabs registered or principally garaged (i.e., “based-plated” or “at-home”) in New Jersey engaged in intrastate commerce.
