‘Tis the season for good fun and good cheer! This past week, Rue Insurance hosted their formal holiday party. Employees and guests were treated to a phenomenal 3-course meal with a choice of :
* Grilled Atlantic Salmon, Sweet Pea Pesto, Chardonnay Sauce
* Grilled Center Cut Filet Mignon, Garlic Herb Butter
* Eggplant Rollatini, Fried Eggplant, Spinach, Ricotta, Marinara Sauce
A DJ played throughout the night and some people took advantage of the music and danced to their heart’s content. For additional entertainment, there was a 360-degree photoshoot where people could dance to the music in their own heads–and then download a video clip to share.
