Hybrid work schedule, additional flexible remote hours, employee “thank yous” like filled drink coolers, food trucks, special events like holiday party, awards night, summer picnic etc…
The hybrid schedule is perfect for work and home balance. The management and supervisors are so approachable and helpful. All of my co-workers are wonderful to work with…I feel like we are all one big team.
There is a healthy respect for work / life balance. Everyone is treated fairly and there are uniform practices in place.
They care about the employees. They continue to allow working from home, but add incentives to work at the office. The incentives include a drink fridge and surprise free lunches – including food trucks. They are also replacing all the lights with nice LED lights that are better for the eyes.
