The 2023 Best Practices Agency is named by Reagan Consulting and the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America, Inc. (the Big “I”). This award is administered every 3 years with an annual criterion to maintain the award throughout the 3-year cycle. This is the second year of the 3-year cycle that Rue Insurance has been named.
Best Practices Agencies must demonstrate success in the following areas:

- EBITDA Margin
- Revenue Per Employee
- New Sales Velocity
- Agency Continuity Readiness
- Sales Culture Effectiveness
Rue Insurance is proud to maintain our metrics for this award for the 2nd straight year. This just shows our commitment to maintaining the highest practice standards in the industry. For the 2023 study year, only 264 independent agencies, of over 2,600 nominated in 2022, qualified and retained their designations.
