This week, Rue Insurance was happy to celebrate “Bring Your Child to Work Day” We had about 14 prospective young hires that participated in a host of activities throughout the day. Interspersed between fun activities, the children received an overview of each department at Rue Insurance.
One of the fun activities was a modified game of “Life”. Robin Lefkovic led the game where everyone participated in making and/or losing money based on the life decisions made. And, true to form, we had one participant hit the lottery twice!
Here you see a modified version of “Hot Potato” with balloons. I guess the game has evolved over time!
One of our more educational events included a “Mock Interview”. Robin had the students participate in interviews for different positions within the company. We are sure this will be an interview they will not soon forget!
Sadly, our day did have to come to an end. But not before a game of cornhole and a nerf target contest. Thank you to all the employees who helped put this great day together. We could not have done this without you.
