Rue Insurance is proud to recognize Sheldon Roberts and Michael McKenzie—2 of our recent Apprentices. As an Apprentice, Insurance Risk Associate, both of them will be rotating through the various departments at Rue Insurance. For the last month they have been working with our Employee Benefits Department and our Select Commercial Lines. For the next 6 months they will be responsible for learning and developing their insurance skills by participating in various classes, workshops, and customer service duties. They will work alongside team members in Customer Service, Sales, and Support to establish a well-rounded understanding of the insurance business.
Sheldon joins us with valuable experience in insurance and extensive client servicing. Outside of work, he’s a seasoned professional musician, having mastered the lead guitar for 16 years! He looks forward to leveraging his skills and experience to make meaningful contributions to the team at Rue Insurance.
Michael joins us from Rowan University, where he recently graduated with a Bachelors in Marketing. He has a keen interest in data analytics, and is excited about the learning experience and opportunities that Rue will provide.
