Why Work at Rue? Community!

Sometimes it is wise to just let your employees tell the story…

The caring attitude, open communication across all levels within the organization, focus on a positive work environment and the flexibility they offer make it a great place to work. Plus, there are fun activities organized by the Employee Club and other social events sponsored by the company. Just working through the transition from 100% in-office to remote work and now to a hybrid schedule has been a collaborative process working towards an optimal solution for the entire organization.

The company set up team called employee club and we ( I am a part of it), do monthly things for the company.  From renting a taco truck to holiday parties. The company is very generous with the employees.

We have frequent reminders from the company supporting that we are valued employees – lunches, work events, ongoing opportunities for training and professional designations.

Trucks, special events like holiday party, awards night, summer picnic etc…

Recognizes people for their efforts and supports continuing education. Encourages employees to have fun with events planned by the Employee Club.

Rue has a purpose for clients and community.
