Why Work at Rue? Leadership!–Part 2

Sometimes it is wise to just let your employees tell the story…

The caring attitude, open communication across all levels within the organization, focus on a positive work environment and the flexibility they offer make it a great place to work.

[Rue Insurance]…recognizes people for their efforts and supports continuing education. Encourages employees to have fun with events planned by the Employee Club.

Management and coworkers really do want you to succeed, and to understand why you do what you do. The occasional fun event, usually provided by the employee club, helps break up the week/day. Yes, work does have to get done–that’s why we’re here–but when able, they allow you to take time to have some fun.

If you get stuck or are falling behind, just say so! Someone may have an idea to help or be willing to help you themselves.
